Tucked downstairs beneath The Vault, and accessible from the door on 11th street, our intimate forty-seat dining room is dark, low, and warm—clad in rich wood and classic wainscoting. Here, the lighting is dim and focus is on exceptional American comfort food, including a Wagyu smash burger with beef raised on our own Traber Ranch in Madison Heights.
